As we celebrate the Christmas holiday season with our
family and friends, enjoying our food and drink, exchang-
ing gifts and feeling thankful for all that we have, let us not
forget those who are not so fortunate. While we cannot
help everyone in need, let’s reach out and help someone
in need, whether it’s donating to your local food bank,
providing dinner for a family experiencing tough times,
providing gifts to children who are not as fortunate as our
children. How about including an elderly neighbor who
does not have family close by in your holiday celebration
or simply giving a holiday card and small gift to a lonely se-
nior? A simple act of kindness is worth its weight in gold.

Our wish for everyone is to enjoy good health and expe-
rience joy this holiday season and throughout the year.
