would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the overwhelming support that I
I received from our North Haven residents during our recent municipal election.

Your support and your friendship continues to humble me and to motivate me to
continue to try to do better to improve myself, to continue to help our residents,
and to help our town to achieve higher levels of success. Michael J. Freda

These next two years promise to be very exciting times here in North Haven.

I can assure you that new businesses will continue to come to our town and our grand list will continue to grow.
Recently, after a long and detailed meeting with the rating agencies, North Haven was once again awarded a Triple
AAA status signifying that we are an elite municipality in terms of overall financial management.

As part of my own self improvement program, I will look towards enhancing my response time to our residents
who reach out to us with questions, I am focusing in on identifying areas of town that need to be improved upon
and we will continue to ensure a very high level of customer service to our residents.

Some of the many goals that I have for the next two years include:

1) Improving all of our parks and playscapes to create destinations for our residents and their children.
2) Add more amenities to our parks. As an example, the two pickleball courts that we added in one of our
parks have been a huge success with many citizens now using them.
3) Improving all of our sports facilities and fields including our North Haven track where many of our
residents walk.
4) Updating all of our park benches on our town green.

5) Adding a bandstand on our town green for our summer concert series where the bands can perform
on.
As we approach the end of 2021, I would like to say that each of you and your families are very important to me
here in North Haven. I will always do everything that I can to ensure that you have a wonderful town to live be-
cause I care very deeply for you.

I wish each of you the very best for a very Happy Thanksgiving and a for a joyous and Happy Holiday season.
