        Belong to a gym? Treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers are per-
        fect. All are good pieces of equipment to keep your motor run-
        ning. Of course, the gym's weighted machines are a great way to
        keep your muscles strong, as well.

        To sum up. The winter months can be challenging, from be-
